This policy applies to the website, email and call preferences, and planned SMS program operated by 777 Realty Solutions.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects the contact details and message you choose to provide. An email address or mobile number is needed so the brokerage can respond. Your name and inquiry message are optional. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.
How the form works
Submitting the form stores your inquiry and communication choice in the website’s hosted database for the brokerage to review. Submission records are not displayed on the public website. The form does not send text messages or automatically add your information to an external CRM.
After an inquiry is saved, the website sends a notification through Resend to admin@777realtysolutions.com. The notification includes the contact details and inquiry message you submitted, the submission receipt and time, and your separate email- and SMS-consent choices so the brokerage can review your inquiry. The original inquiry and separate email, SMS, and call consent evidence remain stored in the website’s private database. This notification does not enroll you in marketing emails or send you a text message.
The Contact form offers separate email, SMS, and call choices. The text-message preference form offers separate SMS and call choices. Each checkbox starts unchecked and is optional; you can submit an inquiry without selecting any. When a choice is offered, the website records the server submission time, source page, exact disclosure, its version and hash, and whether you selected and submitted that choice. An unchecked SMS box means no marketing SMS consent was given. An email choice never grants SMS consent, and an SMS choice never grants email consent.
Email preferences
If you choose email updates, we record your permission to receive emails about agent collaboration and property inquiries. This form records that preference but does not automatically enroll you in an email service or send emails to you. You can withdraw your email permission at any time by contacting admin@777realtysolutions.com, or by using the unsubscribe instructions in an email you receive. We do not infer permission for ongoing emails from an inquiry alone.
SMS privacy
777 Realty Solutions uses the mobile number and SMS consent information you provide to record and honor your messaging choice and, once the program is activated, to deliver the messaging program you choose.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Contacting the brokerage, providing a phone number, or appearing in a public directory does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Consent given to another business is not treated as consent to 777 Realty Solutions.
SMS delivery is not active yet. Once the program is activated, you may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. You can also contact the brokerage at the email below about your communication preferences. See the SMS Terms for the program’s subject, frequency, rates, and help instructions.
Call preferences
If you select the separate marketing-call checkbox, we record the mobile number you submit, your choice, the disclosure shown, and the submission time to document consent and honor withdrawal requests. We use this choice to manage marketing calls from 777 Realty Solutions about agent collaboration opportunities. You may withdraw call consent by any reasonable means, including telling us during a call or emailing admin@777realtysolutions.com. The call choice does not enroll you in marketing texts or email.
Technical information and service providers
The website host may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The form uses temporary form tokens and hashed technical identifiers to limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions. Contact details, inquiry messages, form tokens, and notification content are not written to application logs.
The website and database hosting providers process information needed to host the form and store its records. Resend and the brokerage’s email provider process the notification content to deliver the inquiry alert to the brokerage. This information is not shared for third-party marketing.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, uses a bot-protection cookie (__cf_bm) to help detect automated traffic and protect this website. The inquiry form also uses temporary session tokens to validate submissions and limit abuse. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking cookies may affect access or site features.
Email and phone links open the app or service you choose, whose privacy terms also apply to communications sent through it.
Data security
We use HTTPS for website connections and server-side safeguards, including input validation, temporary form tokens, request limits, and duplicate-submission checks. Inquiry records are stored in a hosted database and are not displayed publicly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
