Program and operator
The program is operated by 777 Realty Solutions LLC, doing business as 777 Realty Solutions. It covers property and transaction follow-ups expressly requested by Nevada real estate agents. Messages stay within the specific property or proposed, active or past transaction discussed, including offers made as a principal or while representing a buyer. Marketing messages about agent collaboration opportunities require appropriate written consent covering that subject.
Choosing your preferences
You can review the disclosure and optionally give written marketing-text consent on the text-message preference form. A separate optional checkbox on that form records marketing-call consent. Requested nonmarketing follow-up uses a separate, documented permission path for the specific property or transaction. The checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. The complete disclosure is visible beside the checkbox before you choose. Written consent is recorded only when you submit the form successfully. Changing the mobile destination clears the selection so you can review it again.
Voluntary consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, creating an account, or submitting an inquiry. A request for brokerage information or a phone number supplied without SMS consent does not enroll you. The program must have your specific consent to receive marketing texts from 777 Realty Solutions before sending those messages. The website SMS checkbox records permission only for the marketing texts described beside it. It does not grant permission for requested nonmarketing property or transaction follow-up, which must be separately documented for the specific subject. SMS permission does not authorize marketing calls, including artificial or AI-voice calls, or marketing by affiliates or another business. Marketing calls require a separate, optional call-consent choice.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use this SMS program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan. Check with your carrier about your plan and any charges.
Opting out
Once the program is activated, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe from its text messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. After that, you will receive no further messages from the program unless you separately choose to opt in again.

Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on your mobile service provider and network availability. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent and telephone numbers collected for messaging are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Messaging service providers receive only information needed to operate and deliver the program.
